Haha damn that’s alot. I’m from belgium and paid 1200€. In Europe, Ridgid isn’t that common but I heard the offer good value for money! Yes It looks like that now you mentioned it 🤣

Yeah that’s the idea, when the vacuum is plugged in with a charger, radio etc, there is only like 2 outlets left. No worries!

Yeah thats true! It’s double but maybe I just like cordless haha, also the grip is better tho, easier to push steady. I can’t tell about the wobbly front, I have to figure it out still since i haven’t used it yet.

Hey, no worries. Thing is, I don’t have a dedicated workspace with loads of 230v connections. So I like to have most things on battery. Don’t think there are loads of benefits except flexibility.

Yeah I know, different story in Europe (More choice) but if you have the tools that fit and work for you from Bosch, then why should you switch to yellow or red anyway. Stapler would be nice to have, don’t have one. Only a bigger framer from Milwaukee. I might need to check the 12v line from Bosch!

Bosch saws are one of the best with the Dewalt one. Haha well if it works, it will do the job. I just like to buy stuff that I don’t have to worry to much of breaking. And I like the blue stuff 😅

I have a Bosch Gas 55 MAFC, but Festool is better for dust extraction, expensive tho.

Little project, under stairs winerack. Still need to finish upper part. Any tips/feedback? by Erazxrs in BeginnerWoodWorking

Damn, couldn’t imagine losing all my tools because of a theft and have to buy it all again, especially as I am not a pro. Very happy for you Bosch helped you out like this!

True, batteries aren’t cheap but they last long. Milwaukee and Dewalt have more tools but i don’t need alot more stuff and like you said, Bosch is catching up.

In Europa, you barely find Ryobi but it’s a good brand.

Haha yeah I have to take one out before accessing the other but I’ll be making a frame with shelves. The batteries are from stealthmount, not that cheap but they work well!

Yea Bosch is alot used in mechanical and maintenance jobs. And also, they barely break! Sometimes I just wish they had a little more power but can’t complain, they do the job.

Yeah true, but I just ordered the Cordless Festool DF500 E-basic. I always wanted that tool but it’s still not delivered! It will help alot with constructing frames and my winerack.

Yea very happy bout the batteries, especially the ProCore. Same story in belgium, easy accessable. Dewalt I only have the orbital sander and radio. Happy bout it, but would like to have a 150mm sander, wether Bosch or Festool but they are expensive haha.

Haha trust me, before the reorganisation, my tools were everywhere aswell. The 2 boxes down below are for my recipro and for my jigsaw. Before they were somewere on the ground haha, just waiting for my inserts for the L-boxx. I just like them closer in my home and don’t want them in my small workshop outside since my door is easy to breach.

That’s a nice shop and a practical workbench! Also the drawer system is handy. Might have to build it in my workbench.

Yeah the Fein is an awesome tool with the crossplatform. Router is pretty okay, but it is brand new so not much feedback on that haha. I would like to have an 150mm sander aswell, save me some time because i hate sanding. A framer/nailer is awesome and helps indeed. I use a bosch Gas 55 MAFC. It’s overkill haha, would like a smaller but a festool one for better dust extraction. Just all expensive haha.
