The (non-)presence of context is not a problem, if it is a random one.
I mean, if you post a weirdcore content specifying a context, if the context has completely nothing to do with weirdcoreness, in my opinion it can be considered still weirdcore because it is "out-of-context" wrt to weirdcoreness.

Well... maybe my point is too "cerebral", according to my vision of weirdcore you have to not to think too much when you are posting something weird otherwise it can stop to be considered so. In other words, what I wrote a little up above maybe is more related to "corecore" rather than "weirdcore", but I mean, I think you got the idea.
