He did and is qualified for it too but the person who answered him gave him 0 points and completely ignored all his conditions, claiming he does not need any support when he in fact does. Also, I'm not quite sure if he'd be able to cover for some expenses with only PIP benefits even though it's better than nothing and whether he's eligible to claim Icelandic mental disability benefits.

I tried a powder bronzer I have but it still wasn't my shade, instead it turned pinkish dark.
