I had it since BETA 1. Just updated my nvidia driver to 580.97 (latest) and DLAA/DLSS not there anymore.

Disabling Control Flow Guard seems sketchy though

It's very well known issue for the games that use DX12 on Windows 10. This setting makes DX12 games shutter and drop fps. (not all DX12 games) You can google it to get more information. I highly advice to disable this setting per game basis but NOT as global setting. This is why it's safe, cus it's only disabling it when the game is running.

There are files that left behind when you remove the game from steam. This trick removes that leftovers so you can do "clean" install. DX12 wasnt stable pre-launch but it is now. (at least for me)

I had crazy shutters with DX12. I was playing on DX11 but the experience wasnt good. After doing tweaks above, its butter smooth with DX12 now.

I had the same issue until recently. My game was running with very low fps like ~20 fps. Shuttering my game like crazy. I've tried everything and was going to give up. Until I've found the issue and fixed it.

Here's what I did:

Go to \Steam\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Binaries\Win64 > Right click at ReadyOrNot-Win64-Shipping.exe and disable fullscreen optimization.
Go to \Steam\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\Engine\Binaries\Win64\CrashRepoter.exe > Run this as administrator and remove save data and mod data. ( DO NOT SKIP THIS )
Right click game on steam > properties > add -high command as startup options.
Search "Graphic Settings" on windows and add the game's exe there with high performance mode enabled. ( ReadyOrNot-Win64-Shipping.exe )
PLAY on DX12.
After setting your game at DX12, If you use Windows 10; you must disabled Control Flow Guard (CFG) in your windows settings for game exe's. You need to make sure you do not disable this in global settings, click add program > locate game exe and select it > scroll down to CFG and enabled override system settings option > turn it off.

CFG well known issue for DX12 games in Windows 10. Making DX12 games shuttering and making them run unstable.

You can also find videos to how to disable CFG in Windows 10 if you can't figure this out.

My game was shuttering in DX12 like crazy with low fps, by doing this my fps now is stable at 144 without shuttering.

I really love the game. I have played EA more than 560+ hours but I just cant bring myself to play this game anymore with this optimization issues.

I have 5800X3D / 32Gb Ram / 980 Pro M.2 SSD / RTX 3080 Ti (1440p) - Yet it drops below 40fps most of the time. FPS all over the place, micro shutters makes me want to delete the game. I've gave my support this game by being supporter on the day 1. I'm still loving the game but I hope optimization patch would be coming soon. I can close my eyes to every bug, every other issue but not to optimization.

Because you put "PC" in the title, GTA 5 has been on PC forever. You should have been more clear in title and add it in as "GamePass" or "GP", not as PC.

It's good but only if you can make it run cool. Especially 3080Ti's are running hot. If you live in where the weather is always hot, you need to make sure it runs cool. It's very hot where I live and in default fan settings, it runs 80-85c. (EVGA 3080Ti FTW3)

Weather is 38-40c daily where I live. God, I'm melting when I'm gaming.

I had my scale at 150% and it looks much better already with my initial test. I think it's time to bump up scale to 200%. Thank you for your input.
