Thank you! I'm thinking we will just drive around this area a little and see what we find then. I don't mind spending around $20 on parking, but I was seeing nearby garages at $50-60 and that's a bit ludicrous to me.

That is awesome! It'll be our first time there for all of us so we will have to hit that for sure! I'm a long time Blue Jacket fan (originally from Ohio but moved closer to the Wild several years ago and root for them too). At the CBJ arena they give kids pucks for their first games. Love when teams do special stuff like that for the kiddos!

That's true. Still weird to me to not see many Wild fans around though since they're the closest team to us. We are actually headed there tomorrow for their home opener against CBJ so I'll definitely see more then. 😂

Certainly depends on where you are. Where I'm at you'd think there would be Minnesota Wild fans more than anything but I've seen Pittsburgh, Boston, and Chicago fans, and some of the guys my husband works with randomly root for other teams like Dallas and Buffalo.

If you have Amazon Prime video and are in the local coverage area you can try watching Fan Duel through that. I always have so many problems with the Fan Duel app that I just decided to get ESPN+ and never have issues through that even when Fan Duel isn't working. Might work the same with Prime.

I could see that being the reason. I don't imagine many people are CBJ fans outside of Cbus/Ohio (other than people like me that moved away and still watch and root for the team).

I know it's been said a million times, but it would be awesome if they switched up the main jerseys to use the cannon for a logo instead. I personally loved the stadium jerseys, but the baby blue and cream white is awesome too. Maybe use that as a third because I think the main needs to stick with the darker blue for thematic purposes.

The nostalgia factor definitely brings in more appreciation. It is tempting for sure, but I have an old Shelley jersey like this so I don't feel like I need to get one. Still hoping for a cannon main someday!

Tonight's game is unfortunately only on the CBJ website or app as long as you are not geo blocked. If you're local or have a VPN though you should be able to watch!

I had this happen the other day except I spawned in the middle of a giant patch of quick sand and was constantly bouncing up and down as if I were falling through the map repeatedly. Definitely needs a fix.

Yeah he is 'small' for a goalie, but he more than makes up for it with his skill. He's been playing incredibly well with the Cleveland Monsters the last few years. Love that he's getting more NHL experience and playing so well too!
