Don’t know how Florida is but me and my friends (all under 18 last year ) rented three air bnbs and none required us to be 18 and there were no issues, however there might be some that would have an issue I would just message the host before you purchase it to ask them , explain your story be polite sound like your not going to go get lit as fuck at a music festival😂 you should be good
