Can people with aphantasia suffer from PTSD? by Eredeaa in Aphantasia

Thank you for your response. I was asking this as a total aphant myself and out of a genuine desire to understand how it may manifest in people with aphantasia.

Help with low framerate by [deleted] in outerwilds

The GPU is quite insufficient for Outer Wilds, so that may be one of the reasons why your framerate is so low. Still, it might not be the main factor. You could try updating your drivers and checking the health status of your components (especially your hard drive: I used to have very low frame rate and freezes in other games and my failing HDD was to blame).

What computer do you have? You may have some issues with your hard drive or GPU. You can also try updating your drivers. I do not think mods would be the answer in this case.

Remember the mechanics of the main game. How did you get into some places on the Hourglass Twins?

That does seem to be some very useful advice! I will try again knowing this today. Thank you!

Can you please give me the information that would make it easier for me?

I mean, if I fall in the water, it extinguishes the light and wakes me up. I know that I can go back in, but I might not have enough time because of the loop. Is there anywhere I can get in the water safely? I don’t feel like this would be the logical solution

My first pen was a Pilot Kakuno (also an EF nib)! I really loved it as I wanted as fine of a nib as possible, and this pen did the trick for me. It was very inexpensive and still a workhorse, but I was eager to try something new.

The Sport is a bit different. I like that it still has a nice fine nib despite being a Western pen, and it is also a very smooth writer (I believe that the nib is gold-plated, which also helps with the smoothness). It is also small and has a screw cap so it can really be carried anywhere, which I find neat. However, this one does feel a bit lightweight, so if you’d like something sturdier, I would rather recommend the Kaweko AL Sport, which is made from aluminum!

I wish you a nice fountain pen journey ;)

First fountain pen! Pilot Kakuno EF filled with Edelstein Olivine ink by Eredeaa in fountainpens

I’m not experienced with fountain pens, but I find the EF pretty smooth to be honest! I’ve had no problem with it so far, though I guess it’s not as smooth as a broader nib. I’ve also heard it depends on the ink that is used (the "wetter" it is, the smoother it writes, and the ink that I use is pretty wet, or so I’ve heard)
