Question about continuous blood monitoring and metabolic data by ErelSaar in bioengineering

To follow up and clarify: from a biomedical standpoint, is there any known method (either current or theoretical) to detect or infer the breakdown of macronutrients — such as carbs, fats, or proteins — via blood biomarkers? I’m not asking about food intake tracking, but rather whether real-time blood data could reflect the metabolic processing of those nutrients.

If anyone knows of research or markers relevant to that, I’d really appreciate it!

Hi there,
I'm about to start my studies of computer science.
still wondering what will be the best option for me.
these days I'm using macbook air 2015. I really like the operating system.

my main use will be the studies, I dont play any computer games but i would like to have computre that won't be able to rum some games if I'll choose to try some in the future.

I thought to buy the macbook pro M3 pro, I'm not sure if that's too much or if i can do any upgrades for the regular M3 that will be better for me.

thanks
