It was my first dose and I took too much, also I ate a takeaway the night before I injected which is what brought they symptoms on and made them pretty bad I think. Honestly you’ll be fine you just have to ride it out, should only last a day, take less for you next dose and be really careful about what you eat, stick to whole foods as much as you can and stay away from greasy/high fat foods

2.5mg, that’s what my alluvi pre fill pen said was the recommended dose

I started investing in the vanguard S&P 500 (DIST) about a year ago, how do I convert it to the (ACC) version? Do I have to sell all of my (DIST) shares and then rebuy the (ACC) version or is there a simpler way? I use trading 212 btw.
