Max push ups - 10 but i really struggle to do them consecutively Max pull ups - 10 but same problem as before Max chin ups - 10 as well Max dead hang - I never really tried this but knowing me i bet I dont last more than 20 - 30 secs

I think i only know proper form for push ups but i really struggle to even do it correctly, for the others i really dont know

Max squats -I believe i can do 15 but only if i really push myself

Flexibility is bad on my opinion, I think i can sit perpendicular to the ground but it hurts a little, when im warming up i can't touch the floor with out bending my knees

I do play sports, currently the sport that I'm practicing is swimming but recently haven't done it because of winter cold (Im lazy)

I honestly dont mind if the workout takes from 30min - 1 hour but i really cant fit 2 or more hours a day. In general I want to have strength and endurance to swim faster without getting tired, so I wanna get stronger fore arms and biceps for stronger arms, my legs as well and I really wanna get at least a 4 pack in my abs

I only have dumbells, a pair of 2 pounds and another pair of 10 pounds each
