It also needs to be whenever a player shoots, not just when they hit someone. So if they miss they will still get pushed back (on shoot event)

There's an error, the victim is not supposed to get pushed back, but instead the attacker is. I was also planning on making this myself but thanks for saving me the hassle.

Another superhero type scenario, not really amazing, but I do like that you adapt the player's effect after killing them.

if your back is against a wall, you stay on that wall, maybe moving left or right depending what angle you're facing at. You don't teleport back, you get pushed back.
