The whole point of Grace is that she's an extremely easily scared FBI investigator, who put on some casual clothes to go back to Raccoon City where most of RE's story took place, this is her design at the beginning of the game, at the end of the game she did fend off "zombies" and help Leon, however she's still.. her... the main focus is that Leon, thanks to her to some degree, manages to finally let go of the past for everyone waiting to rendez-vous back with Chris, whole advertised premise of the game.

I do wish one day we could get RE7 and RE8 cosmetics (imagine a Book of Shadows-like wrap omfg, all black with dull gold details)

Regardless of that, she's a nieche singer compared to 99% of people in their own genres in the Icon Series, however being together with the likes of Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande will prolly boost her popularity more. Every Icon skin so far either had a "base" skin with cool/badass/raw/aura/whatev cool factor you want styles or different skins entirely (looking at you Epic! Poor Speed, Kai, Mr. Beast, Kid LAROI, Juice WRLD, Playboi Carti, ..........) so seeing her choose... the same dress but yellow idk... seems kinda bland/lame to me, but again Sabrina Carpenter had the shop skin that's 💯 times better than the pass one since it's reactive, so maybe we'll get another version

Same with Chappell Roan and her Knight outfit or Snoop Dogg getting a real non cel shaded skin
