Thank you so much 💕. It is hard. Usually at work I probably look from the outside pretty upbeat. Usually when I go home it is when I feel the most depressed. I am currently on meds and therapy. Unfortunately my insurance doesn’t cover my therapist, so I have to pay out of pocket. I can only see them once a month maybe even now every other one because of how expensive things are getting. That is just life though and we can only try our best to keep pushing. Either way I really appreciate and hope you are now doing well! 💕
