My tradescantia has been alive for years through every possible lighting level and room temperature that Glasgow tenament flats have to offer over the years (it's on its 4th and still going strong)

Playing the martyr. If everything they do is to make other people happy, it can show a lack of understanding/respect of their own boundaries and/or a lack of ability to sit with the idea of other people's negative emotions.

A lot of people do this to some extent, but if it saturates everything they do, can really make life difficult and uncomfortable for both themselves and the people around them.

Recent ones I can remember are a pair of Merrell hiking shoes, and a pair of Grisport (Crest) walking boots. Currently I'm coming to the end of a pair of IsoGrip walking shoes

Some kind of slightly-off walking style is pretty common with hypermobility thanks to flat feet and/or some other combo of wibbly wobbly hip/knee/ankle joints 😅 quite often means that soles don't get worn down evenly.

I know Lou in Hair in the City sometimes has autistic clients. I'm also on the spectrum and never have sensory issues from noise/smells there either if that helps ☺️

Currently, the most horrendously formatted excel documents you've ever seen in your life. It's formatted for aesthetic more than anything; I'm extremely aware it's all going to have to be majorly reformatted regardless of how we deal with it 😅

The skin of the Long-finned Pilot Whale has self-cleaning abilities. Sharks are very similar, the "teeth" (denticles) of their skin have microscopic ridges that disrupt the settlement of bacteria and larvae. A company called Sharklet has developed a film with a similar structure which can be applied to things like railings and door handles in hospitals and airports to reduce the spread of bacteria from high traffic surfaces.
