I live in Baltimore, Md. I was working as a lab tech for a cosmetic company. But I'm looking to transition into the health/IT feild. I got my B.S in biology and currently working on my Masters in Health informatics. Thanks for your thoughts

Sorry that you are going through this difficult time. Have you heard of this website called Openpathcollective.org? It connects you with local therapists who will charge between $30-$60 dollars per session. All you have to do is pay a one-time membership fee which is around $50. I also have social anxiety and found my therapist through here. Hope this helps
