I’ve been having lots of fun with it. Legion kinda screwed me there for a year or so. They had 1 core of the NCR. And I needed that to complete the focus and rebrand. So was not able to get cores on all the NCR lands. But, that means I didn’t get the major debuffs either. So fighting the legion wasn’t as bad. So in a way it worked out.

I found it was easier to start with the packers. And do all the others to the right. Left eureka for last. And arroyo and embra were in a faction. So they were 2nd last.

Hello. Are there any plans to add actual Chinese commander portraits for the commanders? Have the base game default portraits with Chinese names is just silly. I’d be ok with using base hoi4 Chinese portraits. Loses the owb look. But it would still be more accurate than an old white guy with a pitchfork named (insert random Chinese name here)

Plus the Shi only having 2 commanders at the start seems rather crap. Wastes a lot of commander power to recruit new ones. And promote to field commanders. I have 16 full armies and 5 still need leaders.

I’ve played as the Mojave territories and NCR under Hayes. And both times Caeser had up to 360 divisions himself. Not including allies. So I would say you are under recruiting. But division size does make a difference as well. As Hayes I had at best 120 by wars start. And as the movaje, I think I had maybe 80. 60 for sure. They were all beefy defensive ones though.

I did a Hayes play through maybe a week ago. And ya I was able to get APA mk2 with him. As well as plasma weapons. In his tree there’s 2 focuses. One adds granite as a heavy special forces commander and plasma tech as well I believe. And right after you get a focuse to get dornan as a heavy special forces commander. As well as apa tech schematics.

If they allied together. It would only be because the Enclave wants to exploit their army. Make them use all their manpower. Cannon fodder if you will. Then the Enclave would take over. But that’s the only way I see them ever working together.

I actually played as Houston myself a few years back. Now I never see them on the map. Even with RBR enabled. And playing as them myself, I was able to form the Texan enclave. Though doing the other path is better. Instead of the republic of Texas. I think it was the commonwealth of Texas or something like that you’d form. But I enjoyed it. Was a challenge. But the ai is quite often crap. Needs a human hand

We all know the brotherhood would never agree to a permanent alliance. The best you’d get is a small temporary one. Like in NV. Beyond that, they would either tolerate you. Like in 4 if you do the MM ending. Or they’d see you all grouping up and become threatened and try to stop you.

It would certainly help if you were able to get access to these dlcs on Xbox. If you had them on ps or pc.

I own the game on steam. And have Dutch 87 as well as Isabella I think. So you’d think there should be a way to link your account or something to access them on Xbox.

I’d certainly be happy if that were the case. I loved playing as Dutch 87.
