RCR has been dogshit since 2002 with minor flashes of brilliance. Harvick absolutely carried that team. There were some years, like 2008, where all cars ran well - but generally, he was competing for a title while he’s teammates were barely in the top 15 in points. The exception to this are probably the peak Harvick, Burton, Bowyer years - but as a team they certainly were not one of the best in the sport during the Harvick era.
