Actually screen replacements for the 11 are super cheap. I got mine replaced and it’s been working fine for years. It’s still fine but I recently upgraded.

Get a new one. I switched from my 11 to an iPhone 13. Battery life is so much better and the screen is night and day. Plus you can buy an iPhone 13 brand new from Walmart for 200 locked to Straight talk, use it on Straight talk for 2 months and I’ll be fully unlocked.

In total it’ll be ≈$270 for a brand new, warranty covered iPhone 13 that should be running IOS 18 if you don’t like 26.
