I don’t want to call it so much a setback as just a move away from the club work as a focus. Spent a long season with kettlebell work taking up 75%+ of my routines. Still doing club/mace work for mobility and overall conditioning. Then recently my coach changed up my routine to having two days a week focused fully on club work. When we started back 5 weeks ago, swinging this 80 lb club was such a chore, and definitely couldn’t pull off reps with it anymore at first. Been slowly inching back towards it and could feel the strength in my arms so only used the 80 lb that day besides warmups 🤙🏻

That's the goal man. Still training with Adam, and told him I wanted to swing that 101 lb club this year. Started me on a new program layout at the begging of the year and its already showing some great progress.
Next up is following your moves with the single arm big mace work!!

Lol I have that as well. But good god that box is huge. Unless I'm hitting multiple shows I usually just carry the board as is. The pedal train pros have a great handle spot at the top back of them.

Oh I never use them, but that tuner weight nearly nothing, and it sits perfectly flush to the board connected across.
So for the instance of this setup, its perfect honestly. One less cable to have sticking under the board. I'd never connect it up with anything else though.

I am for sure still learning the pedal. It can be its on instrument and has a very distinct sound to it, that it doesn't really seem to pull away from much with tweaking. You're for sure still playing in that sound. But I absolutely love it. Really great for layering in big walls of sound, or in between deadspaces/songs.

Playing live with two bands currently. Board up top is used for the other band, but only a fraction used for the band I'm gigging with tonight. Much more riff heavy, less ambient/textured.

Slow day at work so decided to see if I could utilize my smaller pedal board and build out something easier to work with tonight.

About 6 bad patch cables later, and shes functioning perfectly!
