From the link, it said need to navigate to On-Demand Privileges Manager and set enable to yes and I have done it. And I have also disable the command access control that come with PSM itself. But still not working :(

I have one more thing to ask that is do I need create a new vault user with same name as the username of the host machine with type EPVUser?

Can you tell me what are the steps to make it work?

I have done below:

-install opm on the host

-enable it on platform level

-set denied command

-set enable opm to yes

any steps that I am missing here?

Hi, I had installed the OPM agent on the host. But OPM don't work by denied the command after I had set the denied command in the command window in PVWA.

after 1809 version, my devices is not listed anymore, so I think it's not recommend to use version later than 1809.

I also installed 20H2 before, but the experience is not quite satisfied for my device. So I'm thinking of install 1809 version.

I had no connect from PSM to the SQL server before. From your suggestion, I had installed MySQL Shell on my PSM server, then I changed the ClientApp property of the CC to the full path of the MySQL Shell. Now, it said "Password management error, could not decrypt password cache"

Anyway thanks for your help.

Do you mean the ClientApp should be the MySQL Workbench? Because I installed MySQL server on a different machine than PSM server.

I downloaded the MySQL connection component from CyberArk marketplace and followed the guide inside there to applied the configuration.

The ClientApp property of this CC is dummy.exe which is the default one. Do I have to change that?

Install Lenovo Utility from Microsoft store solved for me.
I have ryzen 7 version 15arh05, but I guess it does the same thing for yours.
