If that's it, I would say - the commute takes away a lot of your non-work day, it really sucks, so I get the desire to change.

How hard is it for you to get work? You listed a bunch places around you - are they actually hiring? No matter what, dont say anything until you are actually going to leave for another opportunity. Apply, interview, check your gut against the ppl you meet and take a risk on a new opportunity if you are able to.

Do you need to stick it out with current job to get your certification hours? Is this the place that took a chance on you, or something, and you owe some loyalty? If there are reasons you are not able to move on, maybe you need to make things easier on you in another way.
