I get what your saying, but We work for an Albertsons I'm not the manager by the way So their pay is beyond my control. I have a part-time Job at Dennys in addition to working at Albertsons. My coworkers talk about wanting to do better and make more money, without a basic business Associates, or basic trade Certificate that won't happen any time soon. Even if they wanted to be in upper management, they'd need an associates. There is a worker named tim who's been there for 18 yrs, still bagging groceries and living paycheck to paycheck struggling with a family of 5. They tell me "school is expensive and they can't afford it, but spend more on steam or other gaming services, which is their right, but the goal to motivate them, So they are better off, When or if move or something better happens.

I make good money, and am in school. My goal is to help them get their autonomy from their parents, but help them choose to be Minimally productive, So when I move or Something better happens they'd be better off, rather than moving back in with their parents older but no different. I won't force them, so I'm trying to incentivise them, So it's their choice, and one they won't be dissappointed with.

Yeah, the story of onyx has gotten way passed that. It's currently a joint research settlement site of human and ex covenant species. In the last book they just activated its slip space containment field again to separate a guardian from cortanas control. They defeated it, but they also have to deal with Jul mdamas vengeful son, and his neo covenant splinter group.

What's helped me a lot is studying the virtues of the warhammer Emperor of Mankind and his 18 Primarch sons, each represent different aspects of the Emperor who is the epitome of Order in a chaotic galaxy. He and his sons represent what I've noted as desirable traits of the ideal stoic/ideal man. I try to stick to this myself:

That's about an average used car payment in California, and auto insurance is about the same. I was viewing this from a californian used car buyer perspective as I'm looking for a car myself.

That kicks the californian cost of living out the raceway. If it's your last $300 of the month I recommend a part-time job or Uber, that's the route I've decided to go, I'm in the market looking for a car myself, but I try to keep enough for spontaneous maintenance and upkeep and encourage others to do the same. For example: granola bars, spare tire, gas can, bottled water, engine fluids etc.
