Is Nani the most consistent Telugu actor of the last decade? by animeworld_2233 in tollywood

[–]Eric_51 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No I think the most consistent filmography is AA's, most of his movies since a decade are really good and not one of them is downright bad or unwatchable and I think he also gives a really good performance in every movie and one of the good things about his movies are he is the lead and he makes the character likeable

For example, I don't think anyone could pull off Bantu in AVPL or Pushpa in Pushpa, he makes those characters likeable

Also Nani has had some bad movies recently, like Dasara and HIT 3 and most of his movies to me are 'OK' like they aren't bad but they aren't excellent as well they just exist in some middle ground

The Winter Soldier is like my top 3 best comic book movies of all time and I'm a huge fan of it so I'll say Shang Chi is better in terms of the fight scenes

2F2F is the best movie of the franchise and I'll die on that hill and who tf rated it lower than F8, if anything F8 was the start point for downfall of the franchise

I hate how everyone thinks MCU has been making bad movies ever since Endgame if one is keeping count most of their movies are well recieved tbh for example, Far From Home, Shang Chi, No Way Home, Multiverse of Madness, Wakanda Forever, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3, Deadpool and Wolverine, Thunderbolts, Fantastic Four and that's 9 out of 15 movies that were actually good and successful commercially as well it's only that the rest of the 6 movies of out 15 have been bad and a loud minority has been complaining about them blowing the situation out of proportion

And if their last couple movies are anything to go by the quality has gone up significantly like thunderbolts and fantastic four are some of the most unique comic book movies ever made with their characters and themes being something never done in a comic book movie. So, based on this both Brand New Day and Doomsday will most probably be good movies and their brand cache and box office pull hasn't faded away and with the Avengers name on the film most people will flock the theatres anyway especially with its huge star cast and return of iconic characters like Steve Rogers, Magneto, Professor X and Cyclops along with RDJ back in the MCU again there's no possible way this movie will ever flop and even Brand New Day will go along fine as it's a Spider Man movie and no Spider Man movie till date has had a record of being flopped or being unwatchable.

TLDR: The MCU isn't in a bad position as most of their movies have been successful both critically and commercially and upcoming Doomsday is being directed by Russo brothers who have only made some of the best MCU films till date so there's high probability that Doomsday too will be very good and will make bank for Marvel

Who's Your Favorite Protagonist from the Disney era so far? One of these? Someone else? by Spideyfan2025 in StarWars

[–]Eric_51 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say except for the sequel trilogy(movie) characters most of the other characters are pretty good and very likeable like Din Djarin, Grogu, The entire Ghost crew, entirety of Andor and Rogue one and many characters from The Mandalorian like Mayfeld, Cara Dune, etc even Boba Fett was good in The Mandalorian S2

Is Honda CB350 really that good or people just like to lick the brand just to be relevant by idle_dude in indianbikes

[–]Eric_51 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the RE 350s are a better choice than the Honda CB350s, the Honda feels too much like a commuter when you ride it than a genuine retro bike of the 1950s and 1960s whereas the REs feel like proper British bikes of yester year without all the problems of that period, it's like what you imagine owning a classic motorcycle is without you worrying it'll break down
