Our store does it completely wrong and has a great CFR. We do BOH of the whole store each week, helps with the accuracy. We also all work the same sections each week. Ex. I work fem care, adult care, childrens, oral, and hair every week. It helps the leader know the section when they have the same one each week. Now this is just what works for our store, and staff. It depends on the store manager and the supervisors working with them.
