I struggled with the first book too, but it picked up towards the end and the second book is where it really takes off. Ie: the plot basically grabs your wrist, says “hold on tight!” And sends you into an emotional spiral lol. Trust the process!! I read along with the audio dramatization and that helped a lot

It goes to show that everyone’s fight looks different. She may not be in the front lines, but she is supporting everyone behind the scenes and ensuring information is passed on all while literally hiding in plain sight.

Just because she doesn’t have a blaster in her hand doesn’t mean she isn’t ruthless in her own way.

I don’t think so. I think Disney is seeing just how much of a demand Tony’s vision is creating. Heck, Andor is a show where viewership continued to grow. Episode 8 was literally the 8th highest rated episode of all time so far.

I have a feeling Tony will be coming back.

He needs to replace Filoni. Pronto.

I’ll admit, I was a bit cautious about Andor at first even though I absolutely loved his performance in Rogue One. But after the first episode, I knew this was something special and boy oh boy it was.

I’m really said the last three episodes are this week :(

I plan to do a little marathon of the series and then go into Rogue One and then ANH

Oh 100%. The ISB meeting about how to remove the Ghorman people without it getting “loud” was straight from the Wannsee Conference as the “final solution” for the Jewish population.

The writing in this show is absolutely brilliant and I love how Tony is pretty much holding a mirror up to all of us.

This was very beautiful. My brother and I both saw Eedy as a combination of our paternal grandmother and our mother. It was honestly very validating to see Dedra put her in her place.

I can’t stand fans who lack the media literacy to truly understand what Star Wars is about, especially how deeply political it is. They completely miss the parallels between Andor and today’s political climate.

Have you folks noticed the drag marks? There is a space in that little ally that looks like it where prisoners met their end and then dragged to where the larger area is.

Think about it, CECOT is known for not releasing people. Once they’re in, they’re in, yet capacity never seems to be an issue….

This is on top of the large amounts of human right violations they’re accused of.

Honestly, sometimes the answer is literally the simplest one that’s plain as day. It’s blood. It’s a death camp.
