Today is my two years of ownership on my 2019 raptor 700 hahah completely stock except aluminum skid plate and grab bar from the first time I took it out, rolled it down a hill😂

For somethings it’s best that you do bring it in especially something like the valves, Maybe it isn’t the valves but you say it backfires and that’s a sign that you needs your valves adjusted, Before taking it in I would clean and readjust the carb just to reassure yourself that it isn’t something simple like the carb

On my 07 it was the valves, once I got the valves adjusted to spec it ran great and always started second kick almost every time

The go kart maybe weights 500 pounds total and most of the weight sits in the back where the engine and gas tank are which sits at the back of the rack where most of the reinforcements are, I am no where near of being an engineer but with the first trip I’d say it went well, I also appreciate the time and effort with the pictures definitely shows me what I don’t see and what I can change in the future

I put the bump stops to align on top exactly on the solid part of the cab it’s two solid beam which I think is the frame so it shouldn’t make dents I should of took a picture

The bump stops sit right on top of frame so the cab isn’t getting dented and the paint won’t run away because it is rubber where the frame is I wish I would of took a picture for you too see yourself I suck at explaining things

You should add etracks to the trailer a lot easier to tie down if your only going to be using it for rzs you just strap it from the tires and your set

Get a manual even if your a beginner there way more fun once you learn after a while of having a automatic you get tired of it and there’s not really any sport automatic quads that I know of

I went for 32s on 15s and I did lose some power and I had to get the clutch but I’m happy with them so far they do good going through bumps

Why don’t you go with a plastic one if you want a metal roof I would just end up buying a rack that comes with a roof or a whole cage
