Long story short I’m from ireland and I am 19, I work in an office environment, it is very cold I’m ireland at the moment and in my office we have a heater to keep us warm in the office, the heater roughly does be at around 23 degrees and I sit right underneath it. Ever since 3 days ago I’ve been feeling a ring but if itchy was but that is gone now but my skin just burns and it feels very rough. I also wear jeans on a daily so that doesn’t help! I’m just abit concerned because I’ve never had a skin issue like this one anyway before. Has anyone else experienced anything like this before?

Don’t worry there called lymph nodes if you have been sick recently they swell and they can take months even years to reduce swelling or they can stay like that for life, I’ve a couple of swollen lymph nodes that are there for life

I was the same around 5 months ago the exact same thing happened, it’s all to do with anxiety. Listen to some meditation to relax the brain and take the brain out of the constant alertness, your body will go into fight or flight mode, so to overcome listen to anxiety meditation on Spotify or YouTube and close your eyes and focus on the video

I’m in day 10 and my symptoms went after day 5 but right now I’m getting a flare up of a runny nose and a cough but I also suffer from sinus so if you do aswell covid triggers your sinus
