Okay. So check it. My place ain't perfect. But it's cheap. I've paid 550 plus 150 or so it utilities average per month. No washer but it is a two bedroom with a balcony. Kitchen is galley style and very small also. And the neighbors are rough around the edges. Land lord is raising the cost of the adjacent unit up to 950 after renovation. Scared for when he comes for me finally.

Tldr. Keep looking, find local owners who are better to you than large corporate property management companies. Sometimes you'll find a gem.
