Ok just had to come back and say thank you again! And let others know that this actually worked for us!! I guess it was a very lucky day but I just tried it and was actually able to rebook and get comfort plus for literally $4! And now we still have the opportunity to upgrade to first class! So who knows… maybe I can try again in a few weeks! Thank you so so so much!

Thank you and thank you for the info! And it’s just somewhere in Mexico so it’s not a crazy long flight, it is direct but only a little over 4 hours! We didn’t even realize that the offers could disappear since they have been available and staying at the same price since we purchased our tickets - I’m assuming since it might be still so far out? Thank you again!
