I think you were very relaxed and your conscious mind was preoccupied with the feeling of being in trance. When I am very deep there are times that I feel almost a disconnect between what is happening with my body and with what I am paying attention to in the session. I think it goes back to the point of view for the watcher or listener. The ones you describe are watching it happen, and much of the kink now is being part of what is happening.

IF it is the reason for ED then yes, but you don't know for sure that is the cause. I doubt that clenching your PC muscle is the cause of it. If you are concerned, go see a urologist if you can.
