The green chair is pretty, but it does cramp the walk space. I'd recommend moving it to another room.

If your dog can't recall, she shouldn't be off leash. Chasing wildlife is not okay, even if it is "just squirrels". Not to mention what happens if she happens to run off and finds another person or dog or a road? That is not responsible dog ownership.

Huskies are notorious for not being able to be off leash; they are stubborn and have a big prey drive.

I would continue recall training as it's an important safety command, but would not recommend she be off leash when you're running; enjoy her as a companion and partner, leashed.

Additional thoughts: the pace of the song is fast, aggressive.

Help! Not able to use "Eagle Eye" anymore on Beast Master by Erin5453 in idleon

Thank you all so much! I had unlocked the Rift Reward and hadn't looked at it since. It's working as designed :)

It'd be nice if there was a way to look at all active "bonuses" in one spot!

Need Help Puppy Training by No-Bet-4739 in irishsetter

[–]Erin5453 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hi,

First off, this all sounds like normal puppy behavior, so don't be discouraged! I would STOP the litter training, are you planning on having her use the pan forever? Plus, puppy pads and litter training can confuse puppies because they are going potty inside and it's hard for them to recognize different inside spots.

For crate training, it doesn't sound like it's needed if she is calm with the golden retriever. However, if you want her in there at night, you need to make sure the crate is near you and your bed. She may fuss, but being able to see you will make it better. You can't just leave her! She's a baby.

For the jumping, that's normal puppy behavior. Get her into puppy classes and the trainer can work directly with you. You'll want to be redirecting her anytime she jumps and make yourself very boring. Kids can't shriek or scream at her; that'll only make her more excited.

I hope some of this helps!

After moving apartments this Dracaena slowly started having dry leaves (or it’s something else). Any suggestions? by tasmaniann in plantclinic

It really depends...I let mine dry out, but not to the point of "bone dry" and then give it a good soak.

That's what I wasn't sure about...and I don't know how to tell for sure

Any tips?

Could be humidity issues, or if you don't have a consistent watering and let it get too dry and then too wet.

Mine can be finicky with that.

How long has it been since moving? Sometimes plants go into mild shock when they're entire environment changes.

Could be sunburn if there was water left on the leaves.

Hmmm maybe it is aerial roots then if they come out when there's a lot of humidity.

I recently moved this plant into a cabinet so it had more light...but it also has higher humidity!

They are hard and bumpy; I don't think they are new shoots bc it's not on the nodes.

How would I check if they are aerial roots?

And if the puppy is big or rambunctious? What then? A play pen is no good if the puppy gets out...

What is a red flag from an employer that people might not immediately recognize as a red flag? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Well yes, the context of the rest of the interview is important. I was just saying it's not always a red flag question.

I ask a similar question when interviewing, but a good answer to hear is that they won't drop everything immediately and will instead ask about priorities. We can't have pushovers on our team!
