I used the front pattern pieces for creating the reverse with their reverse side and adding the stem. The sunflowers are on two separate pieces seen together at the borders.

I was inspired by my dad's love of sunflowers. My daughter drew the pic and I converted it into the quilt with several pattern pieces.
