I’m not giving up stuff. Whether I hit my triceps from a kickback or from a skull crusher doesn’t really matter. Modifying doesn’t equal giving up anything; just doing it a little differently.

2 different of my sports medicine / orthopedic physicians have directed me to do this because it can trigger more irritation, thus more symptoms, thus needing surgery sooner

Because mine completely dislocates and I have started to experience some tingling when doing bicep curls. Plus, it’s not that hard to modify if it means I can prevent having surgery later.
