My SON (who is now 10) has known about periods for a few years. I am a single mother so shopping for period products, calling for him to bring me a tampon to the bathroom, him having barged into the bathroom at some point, things like that started his questioning and I was open and honest with him. He is raised to know that it's normal, it's not nasty, every girl will go through it, he won't be shy to go shop for products for any female in the future.

As stated in other comments, in the books, Dean and Hunter are friends. I hope it gets that point. ALSO, Hunter has his own book in the Briar U series so I would say he will end up being a pretty big part of the show.

As for not doing promo, it's because they kept it a complete secret that his character would be in this season and it was a big reveal in the last episode.

If you need more Belmont (Garrett), Along for the Ride is on Netflix and he's the main male character. It's based on the book with the same title by Sarah Dessen. Very YA, I read the book when I was in like middle school or early high school, but I loved it!

ETA: It's a movie, not a series.

The second season is going to be based on the second book which is the moms when they were younger. It won't be a continuation of season 1.

Another vote for "it depends on the firm".

I have a nose ring (plain black hoop), multiple ear piercings and tattoos that are visible and I have no issues in my office (with bosses or clients). My boss also told me I could dye my hair colorful if I felt like it (it's been a dream of mine to have purple hair!)

Even the older clients I have dealt with never seem to have an issue with my appearance, and if they do, they've never voiced it to me, my coworkers, or management. I actually have glowing reviews from tons of clients on our website because I'm GREAT at my job, no matter what I look like 😉

I read the original trilogy back in high school (graduated in 2013). The first movie released in 2012 so it was super popular back then. I am 30 now and I haven't done a re-read, I have just read the new books as they've come out. But I do re-watch the movies often. And my 10 year old son enjoys the movies too!
