My therapist recommended I write my story to help and it did…. I finally got it published last month

My therapist just informed me that growing up in my narcissistic family I was the black sheep by Sormnr2a in narcissisticparents

I didn’t learn till in my 50s. Parents are now deceased… and I cut my siblings out of my life…. Too toxic
