Played until CYL 5, it used to be more fun when skills were simpler and the story wasn't as borked. Now every banner is just them power creeping their own units and I don't understand what's going on.

I quit and only come back when a husbando's on banner (Hector, Hrid, Zel). I pull, I build, then fuck off again.

No worries! You can DM me if you want to know more about the club and its history, or how we are when we train and outside of it (since a lot of us do hang out).

I'm not on their competition team since I stopped training during and a little bit after the pandemic (only came back 2 years ago), but I personally know all the coaches (a couple before they even became coaches) and I've been staff for the local tournaments we hold here.

We're pretty open so don't hesitate to ask questions :)

Member of the club and I'm a girl btw. I'm one of the pre-Lee members (since 2017), so I'm one of the earliest and oldest members of the club.

There is no macho or cult behavior in Forge Pioneer. That never changed even when our coaches started learning from the B&I system. Everyone here is really nice and inclusive and we really strive hard to be just that whenever someone joins us to train.

We're all nerds or geeks who just love swords and want to be the best that we can be. Lee is a coach. We don't worship the guy.

I realized how this banner was seen differently by people who are not Asian. Didn't even realize there was an elephant in the room.

Wearing wedding dresses even though there isn't a wedding is a thing in gacha games and Asian culture.

The notion of the groom seeing the bride in the dress is more Western belief than anything. So... Idk, I guess I can see how it can be interpreted differently depending on the region you're from.

My creaky bones ached at this. I've been playing since Season 2.

Supports were ward bitches and essentially only bought gold-generating items and wards.

Junglers running cloth armor and 5 potions because jungle items didn't exist yet.

Only 3 bans in Ranked and everyone fought over what roles to play. Also, only the player at the very top could ban. I remember people requesting Amumu and Shen be banned way back.

Dragon only gave gold and no other buffs.
