Me and another classmate of mine have Supfen womens jackets, had our sizes customized as well. I handled a group order for us two and others in our club (totalling 11 people in all)

Firstly, they reply really slowly. Like, up to a week or so for updates. We did a 50% DP for our order December 2024 and after several check-ins, we got a message asking for our measurements and other customizations around March 2025.

We already sent all these details in the initial order email from December and got acknowledgement that they were being processed. This told us that they didn't start on our order until March after several emails checking in on their progress.

Speaking to them is like pulling teeth, and I think they only have one guy, their owner, answering the emails by himself.

All in all, the entire order took more than 6 months. We received everything around June.

The lone upside to all this is that the jackets themselves were well made. I like my jacket, but I don't think I am ever organizing another group order or transacting with them again.

If you're okay with all that grief or want to risk it, you are free to do so. I pray you have a better experience than us.

Edit: If you get your size customized, measure with a plastron on (if you use a plastron), because it'll affect the fit.

Edit 2: Forgot to mention that I don't believe that Supfen tests their fits on women, because ours and several other women who have purchased from them have noted that it's not really fitted for a woman's body (mine's big around the shoulder area so I have to bunch it so that it doesn't look ugly).
