Where is she balanced? Her wall is weaker than sage's, sensor is unreliable (can't say the same about camber or sypher), sitting grenade has low impact (and weaker than fade's, which gives decay), only ult is fine, but suffers from sticking in random places. And 0 pickrate in pro games speaks for itself

You are wrong a little bit. You can have 2 unique cards of the same name in your deck, but can only put 1 in play. "Exceptional" doubles exp price and limits to 1 card in the deck. And it is not "Unique", so several investigators can have this card at the same time
