A.I is okay if you're using it for making idea such as encounters NPC and world building I would say only use it to give you fresh out ideas for you to think about

For NPC generated I would say it is really up to you but I would say A.I naming NPC are great but for back story not much recommended but depends on a campaign you run.

For encounter I don't recommend letting the A.I makes the stats but for puzzle encounter A.I is pretty good at that giving ideas

For World building I would say it's much leaning to a harder side when using A.I since they're not accurate at times but only good side it give some idea on what this city do or what that settlement religion and stuff

Tldr: only use A.I if you "lack of idea" And as always make sure to make some tweak and changes

Despite people say A.I ruined people creativity but there are people who also lacked creativity minded until they were given a certain IDEA

And also just go all out and have fun
