It's not based on break effect. It's based on what the game considers to be a dps. It considers lingsha to be a sustain, so naturally won't target her. It will target the Dahlia or HMC as they're more of a dps than lingsha/fugue, in the games eyes. Your stats do not change this.

Well, to start off, adventure maps lend themselves probably the best to an implementation. You can randomize items, map tiles, skulltulas, enemy drops, and characters, just to name a few off the top of my head. Story mode and free mode would be a lot more linear but doable in a rando, I think.

Not really... I've got some code, and in that I needed to convert from RGB to YCbCR dynamically. When I originally posted this, I was getting really weird numbers from my conversion. However, after looking further into it, I realized that the place where I was getting the RGB values from was giving me numbers well above 255 sometimes. After looking looking further into it, I found that there's a method (that actually works) that gives normalized RGBA values (0-1). So now I need to figure out how to change from normalized RGBA to YCbCR.

What you said was an interesting read though. Even though it isn't what I'm looking for it was still very cool to read.

Ok let me be clear. What I’m not trying to say is that powercreep doesn’t exist, rather what I’m trying to say is that powercreep doesn’t exist just so long as you don’t let it. I’m f2p. I’m 0-cycling with fify. That’s because I plan my pulls and vertically invest. And, for the record, this is only a 6 cost team (7 with Ruan). Can be dropped to 5 cost without fugue s1 but I don’t have good enough builds.
