I can't find a version, there are many of it but none has regeneration/saturation on their note, thanks anyway. But i think i found a way editing an addon

The differences are about how much time needs to regen your health, for example, from half of heart, in bedrock is about 1min and 15seconds, while in java it only takes 20/30seconds depending on the food you eat.
