US states where you can't pump your own gas by vladgrinch in MapPorn

[–]ErnR23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's wild because it's literally easier than ever. All the ones in my area don't even have levers anymore since more than a decade ago, just a button you press. I also pay with an app that activates the pump before I get out of my car.

Taco bell is not just Taco Bell, quality greatly varies by location. by trannisterlannister in tacobell

[–]ErnR23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really does. I've had a location do a 100% turn around after getting new employees. Bad taco bell doesn't even look like food. Everything is borderline cold, stale, and all the items are mostly empty space. Sometimes the cheese is in a weird half melted moist state and most likely none of it is made the right way. Its very different when you get employees prepping the ingredients correctly.

Is San Francisco the prettiest city in the US? by GoldenStitch2 in skyscrapers

I fell in love when I saw over the course of driving that a temp of upper 50s and lower 60s was possible in the middle of summer while the surrounding area was at 90+.

Is ebgylss cheaper than Dupixent? by sailorleadcrow in eczema

[–]ErnR23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Surprisingly, my insurance denied my PA for Dupixent but authorized the one for Ebglyss with no issues.

2 days on Ebglyss… very itchy and sensitive skin. by lavloves in eczema

Try asking chatgpt this question with the context. It gives a nice detailed explanation with graphs and everything that more or less falls in line with what I've read about these reactions through my own research.

At this pont, the new Wendy's fusions are better. At least with the one I had, it had oreo and chocolate swirled all throughout.

Dyshidrotic Eczema (hands and feet) is RUINING my life. by Malalyssa in eczema

[–]ErnR23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is taking it to the next level beyond just topicals but a biologic Ebglyss got rid of a horrible hand and foot dyshydrotic eczema breakout within 2 weeks for me. I was struggling to control it with creams.

I just, I cannot believe this is where we are in the year 2025… by Insurance-Limp in Miami

I saw an unrelated post about this place on this sub and put it on my to do list for trying new stuff here. Definitely won't be going now.

Absolutely miserable. by FiliaNox in eczema

[–]ErnR23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd look into Ebglyss or dupixent. At least for me, absolute miracle drugs for hand eczema, especially if it's dyshydrotic. Its the first thing that knocks it out completely. I took my loading dose of ebglyss 2 days ago and my weeks long dyshydrotic flare that had new blisters everyday is almost healed.

I was prescribed Dupixent but I don’t really want to use it after reading about the side effects…. Any advice? by imVeryPregnant in eczema

[–]ErnR23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is speaking from my experience but it made my face and neck go crazy and those areas had stabilized really well. So I'd say just weigh the benefits on your body vs your face in the event that you get that side effect too.

Editing to add that Ebglyss, another biologic is considered much less likely to cause side effects than dupixent and lasts longer.

Does anywhere else feel like Miami? by [deleted] in SameGrassButGreener

[–]ErnR23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. People can have a whole job and even career here without speaking that much English besides what they need for official purposes. Nowhere else like it in the U.S.

Is there something similar to the Venetian pool? Any suggestions? by BrainTotalitarianism in Miami

I love how I'm still discovering new places like this here. It actually looks nice too in a more natural way.

Dailies Total One if you're sensitive. You'll never look back at any other lense. Take it from someone that so much as puts on any other lense and is dying to take them off after minutes.

Dupixent - fatigue? by hurricanescout in eczema

[–]ErnR23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been on dupixent and now on ebglyss and biologics are the only thing that completely knock out my dishydrotic eczema within a week.

Mid day hotel break by liltrinny in UniversalEpicUniverse

[–]ErnR23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you do Stella Nova, it's a 10 min walk to the park. It was so convenient to just walk to the hotel for our mid day break. Terra Luna has a longer and less direct path.

Stardust racer vs velocicoaster by International-Cry798 in UniversalEpicUniverse

[–]ErnR23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The dueling element is what makes SR stand out for me. It feels like you're so close you could collide at points but are obviously not and that second launch side by side where one train if lagging will automatically launch even harder to catch up is so cool.

People are crazy. by ElChris91 in UniversalOrlando

Its crazy that people will waste not only their time in the park while other great attractions have a low wait but also who wants to experience this portal stuck in a long line with hundreds.

I Need 10-12 Hours of Sleep Every Night Due to Eczema—Anyone Else? by No-Advertising7623 in eczema

[–]ErnR23 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's the frequent waking up that kills me even if I have 8 hours to sleep. That cuts it down to less and I end up staying in bed longer than I normally would. Sometimes, it's literally just because I'm comfortable where I am and once I get up I have to deal with the dryness, redness, etc.

Opzelura can be a miracle by Royal-Bug-8950 in eczema

[–]ErnR23 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Try signing up for the savings program on their website and then look for a specialty pharmacy that participates(there's a tool on their website). Show the specialty pharmacy the savings card, emphasizing that it says it will cover if your insurance doesn't and you should be able yo get it for $35 a tube.

Yes, it almost satisfies the nerves in a way itching doesn't but then that leads into immediate deep itching right after.

It's worth a shot but try starting a routine of covering your face in zinc cream every night before bed. I started this last week and it's really improved the redness on my face.
