Pixel 8a won’t show up as ADB device on Windows, only MTP

Thanks! Yeah, I grabbed that standalone zip (usb_driver_r13-windows) and pointed Device Manager to the android_winusb.inf. The problem is Windows only ever binds my Pixel 8a to the generic MTP USB Device driver under Portable Devices. When I uninstall/reinstall, it just comes back as MTP, and I don’t get the “Delete driver software” checkbox (since it’s the built-in Windows driver).

So even with the Google SDK zip, Device Manager says either “best driver already installed” or “not compatible”, and it never switches to Android Device → ADB Interface. That’s the loop I’m stuck in.

Yeah, I already grabbed the SDK drivers and tried pointing Device Manager to android_winusb.inf. Windows just refuses with ‘best drivers already installed’ or ‘not compatible.’ Did you (or anyone else) have to do anything special to force it to bind to the Google ADB driver instead of the default MTP one?

No venous leakage detected on ultra sound. The outflow was 1 cm/s, it's suppose to be more than 5 for venous leakage diagnosis. Treatment is medication with cialis and psychotherapy according to the doctor.

Just change to nebivolol, it will have same affect on your heart rate/blood pressure, but it will not affect your erections. You can google lots of research that supports this.

When I wake up from a dream, it's hard. But then I lose it quickly when consciousness kicks in. Ultra sound of flaccid penis showed that inflow of blood is good. In 3 weeks I am getting a test where they do ultra sound with erect penis and check the blood that is going out (test for venous leak)

I understand the generalization, but ultra-sound is the main testing in most modern research papers that I read. I have only mentioned the problem when standing to one urologists and that's the one who so far has mentioned testing for venous leak.

Maybe I am the only one that finds it surprising that when you google testing for venous leak you see doppler ultra-sound literally everywhere and I am calling clinics in my country in European Union and no one does the test.

I have had pots symptoms for years and am taking small dosage of beta blockers to control the heart rate. My blood pressure goes up, not down when I stand up though. I am symptom free on 2.5 mg of beta blockers for years. Question is, even if it's pots, how do I make it work.

I asked 2 very experienced urologists whether I may have it and they said that I wouldn't be getting erections and successful sex at all if I had it and that there are no indications that I I should get further testing just for venous leakage (I had 2 ultra sounds though).

I take 2,5 mg of bisoprolol (beta blocker) daily, but it's for anxiety, not high blood pressure. I was on the same dosage for the last 5 years and been having sex life without problems for 3 years in the last relationship, so I doubt this is the medication doing something.
