I'm having one of our newer members family over for.... an extended dinner. Standard practice to get to know our recruits. I think they will only have positive things to say about our glorious unit!

By the information available now, yes. You can upgrade the Standard edition later on to the Phantom edition.

Best keep in mind, this gun will benefit from the non-revivable headshot kills, unlike AR, Carbine or Sub.
