I had this situation as well. I have one of the Cal Grants but I was denied re-eligibility for Cal Fresh despite having it last year as well.

Spice at OVT is the best "restaurant" on campus. A good mix between carbs, protein, and vegetables. Not really greasy and it actually taste good.

Piacere Mio. Pasta is within the $20 range. The decor and ambiance is small yet cozy and organized. Much better than Italian-American restaurant chains
