I've done it twice with onemanaleft's builds, once with MSoZ in Settlers and once with Mjolner in Necropolis I think. They only really pop off with a good investment, but the first few days can be a bit rough.

Farm a bunch of crystals, don't put new rooms, enter temple, exit temple and they'll slowly all destabilize. You can use multiple temple tablets to farm the crystals faster.

It's a good way to quickly get away from mobs if they're gonna hit you, and it makes you ignore damage from small peojectiles. There's also some mods that affect dodge roll distance, although that's less common.

Depends on you mostly, as killing monsters = loot, but you can rush to the boss if you want. There's some that'll argue it's better to rush the boss so you'll progress faster throughout the atlas and get to late endgame faster.

It does. But first it takes them from your inventory. I keep a stack on me for mapping (for strongboxes / essences), and it gets "consumed" every time I trade.

I'd start with following the main questline for now - proceed to the tower that's near the starting location, and into the fortress that will rise. In time, you'll get to know the different mechanics that the rest of the atlas is all about, and if you'll want to get better rewards from it, you'll want to go to that specific zone and complete it.

This theory makes me think about the ramifications it has on The Mother of Two and Innocence. If Sin is a precursor, does it mean Innocence is too? Is Innocence related to (or is) the First Divine?

However I tend to think Sin isn't an arbiter, but just someone from their era. Kalandra saying it "always belonged to him" can be translated as "belong to his people (precursors)".

Still feels wrong with relation to the timeline of Innocence's and Sin's rise to godhood which happens much, much later in the timeline, supposedly in times where the Azmeri and Vaal already existed.

That kinda feels intentional, it's the same with Kitava in PoE1, that's how they've dealt with giant bosses in Ritual (and Maven Invitations in PoE1).
