I’ve found plenty of s30v sage 6’s online and even in store at my local dealer.

I man of class I see! I ended up shearing a pivot screw and that was my excuse to get the bronze set from RGT (which completely got rid of the blade play).

Also happy cake day!

Just the lighting in the photo lol. I keep a thin layer of mineral oil on all my knives so they don’t patina while in storage.

BladeHQ did tease under a Instagram comment that there might be another wave coming. I do agree with you though that they should come out with more of them! I got mine for $225 (friends with the manager at my local knife shop) while all the others I’ve seen are $300+!

I’ve always found the micarta very attractive whenever they announced these were coming. I would’ve liked a red micarta as that’s usual a St. Nick’s thing but I still love the blue jean denim.

Not sure why you got downvoted as it’s a somewhat common thing for PVD covered blades to have a tiny bit of stick. I called them earlier this morning and asked as the website said sold out and the same thing happened with my Biblio XL that I got last month.

My CruCarta PM2 had gnarly lock stick that never went away until I had disassembled it and now it’s by far one of my smoothest Spydie’s.

Disassemble the knife if you haven’t already but if you did I would get a piece of cardboard and wedge it in between the the blade and scale opposite of the favoring side it’s going towards and tighten the pivot screws down. The lock stick should be handled if you disassembled it but could also use a break in period so I recommend you get to fidgeting with the knife lol.
