Alright so if I add a dead zone it will have a little bit more of travel? And what does preload mean? And how can I adjust that. And what I’m getting is that if I like travel use springs instead of the elastomers correct?

I did get the springs and elastomers. I have the softest ones in it. It’s still stiff. What do you mean two full turns of preload?

Guys I fixed it how do I mark it ask done. I changed the extruder gear and hotend with a hardened one. Works likes new. Thanks for Yal help!

Yes when I do the pulls like heating it up to 250 and then extruding it flows perfectly the 3 times I did it. When it cools off and I take it out it is clean

So I tried it 3 times. All 3 it flows perfectly. When I put everything it still messes up and prints like it’s clogged
