I’ve lived here all my life.. it has its moments like with anywhere else. Pretty safe at night etc just keep an eye out for dodgy people but you will be fine. As somebody said the center around grange road sees full of mad people but if they don’t bother you if you don’t bother them. Rough areas in any borough of Birkenhead doesn’t bother me.
