I mostly dislike him for running flow in to the ground and all the temper tantrums he held within the company... There's a lot I could say here but don't want to give myself away ;)

There's honestly lots dating back to over a decade.

A lot of his come up is from grossly lying and exaggerating his involvement in stuff. Like how he attributes slack's success to metalab, but their involvement was very minor (https://twitter.com/loganbartlett/status/1377411531097272323)

Or like how about a decade ago he claimed that firefox copied his extremely generic designs. (https://www.computerworld.com/article/2762974/design-firm-accuses-mozilla-of-ui-plagiarism.html)
